At mlcoa, we have developed an internal Quality Management System (QMS). Every Quality Assurance (QA) team member is required to undertake comprehensive training and successfully complete modules of competency to gain quality assurance certification.

Our dedicated National team of QA professionals support our highly respected medical specialists to ensure reports delivered by mlcoa are subject to quality review to produce a premium product for our customers.

Our National Quality assurance team ensure errors are minimised and a clear medical opinion is expressed, ensuring relevant questions are addressed and that the report considers relevant service agreements, customer requirements, legislative guidelines, and provide strategic value to our customers.
